Morton & Harris is a medium
sized law firm in Nowra located on the South Coast of New
South Wales. The firm comprises of 6 lawyers and 16 support
staff. At Morton & Harris we have a progressive attitude
towards information and technology which keeps us

Our Computer system comprises of
2 servers with 23 workstations. G B Consulting have been
providing on-site technical support for our computer system
since March 2003. In that time they have implemented major
enhancements including the introduction of two new servers
(one being a domain controller which required substantial
configuration and changes to our system).
G B Consulting have also implemented remote access to enable
our lawyers to work from home.
We find that Glen is always well
prepared when working on our system and has often done
substantial research into any problems that may arise before
tackling the task. This has reduced downtime and delays.
Glen will provide a comprehensive brief containing scenarios
for major changes to the system that include detailed
costings; pros; cons; possible troubleshooting points; time

informed decisions about the development of our system and
